If the pressure is correct you might not need to relearn the fuel trims and may have another issue. There is a menu on the handheld that will let you reset just the fuel trims, don't reset the IAC. One of the first thing's they ask is where are the IAC steps. They should be 5-10. Jan 03, 2019 · If you take the iac motor out and leave the electrical plug connected to it, while varying the idle speed by progressively plugging/unplugging the air passage, you can see the iac steps on the hand held display changing upward and downward in response to the varying engine speed. At no point does the pintle on the iac motor move in or out.
